Whole Home Renovation & Addition

Our Myers Park Bungalow project was all about honoring the charm of this 100-year-old Charlotte home while making it work beautifully for modern-day living. We thoughtfully reimagined the interiors to feel fresh and functional without losing the character that made the home special in the first place. Along with the builder, we saved and restored original doors, windows, hardware, and trim work throughout the historic Myers Park home.

Throughout the design process, we focused on improving the flow of the home, developing detailed cabinetry plans, and selecting finishes, lighting, plumbing, hardware, and architectural details that felt cohesive with the original architecture. Every decision was considered as part of the bigger picture.

The result is a layered, functional bungalow that feels updated but not overly new. Full of thoughtful details, personality, and the warmth we love bringing to our Charlotte renovation projects.
