We specialize in full-service residential interior design, including new construction, major home renovations, kitchen and bathroom design, and multi-room furnishing projects. Most of our work is located in Charlotte, North Carolina, and the surrounding areas, though we are happy to travel for the right project.
When should I hire an interior designer for a new construction home?
The earlier, the better. We prefer to become involved during the architectural planning phase so we can collaborate on floor plans, cabinetry layouts, budget development, and finish selections before construction begins. Early planning helps avoid costly changes later and results in a more cohesive home.
What is included in your renovation design services?
Our renovation services include space planning, floor plan development, custom cabinetry design, finish selections, lighting and plumbing specifications, construction drawings, and collaboration with your builder and trades throughout the design process.
Do you offer furniture and decorating services?
Yes. We specialize in full-service, multi-room furnishing projects. Our services include furniture layouts, custom furnishings, lighting, rugs, window treatments, artwork, accessories, procurement, white-glove delivery, and final installation.
How do your design fees work?
Every project is unique, so our fees are tailored to the scope of work. Depending on the project, we offer flat-fee design services, hourly design services, or a combination of both. After our discovery call, we'll provide a detailed proposal outlining the design process, scope, and associated fees.
What is the typical investment for your projects?
Our projects vary depending on the scope and level of customization. As a general guideline:
Construction Investment: Renovations typically begin around $200,000+
Construction Investment: New construction homes typically begin around $1.5M–$2.5M+
Full-service furnishing budgets typically begin around $80,000+
Do I need to have a builder or architect selected before contacting you?
Not at all. We frequently help homeowners assemble the right team and are happy to collaborate with your preferred architect and builder or recommend trusted professionals we've worked with.
Do you work with clients outside of North Carolina?
Yes! We are currently working with clients in Floria, Georgia, and North Carolina. We are always looking forward to the next state! We will create a travel budget before contract approval so you know how many times to expect us on-site.
